This Privacy Policy explains how Readyn ("Readyn", "we", "us"), a product operated by aiBlue Technologies, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Readyn application and website (together, the "Service"). Readyn is an AI speech readiness system that helps you prepare and pressure-test spoken messages. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data — such as your name, email address, password, language preference, and profile settings.
- Voice and content data — the audio recordings, transcripts, prompts, and messages you submit for analysis, together with the feedback Readyn generates from them.
- Usage and device data — device type, operating system, app version, IP address, identifiers, interaction logs, and diagnostic or crash data.
- Payment data — if you purchase a subscription, payment is handled by third-party providers or app stores; we do not store full card numbers.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used on our website and within the app for functionality and analytics.
3. How we use your data
We process your personal data to:
- provide the Service, including running assessments and pressure-test sessions and generating feedback;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including debugging and analytics;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

4. Legal bases for processing
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: the performance of our contract with you to deliver the Service; your consent (for example, to process voice recordings or to send marketing); our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
5. Voice recordings
Voice recordings and transcripts are processed to generate your readiness feedback and to operate the rehearsal and pressure-test features. They are retained as described in the Retention section and can be deleted on request. Readyn does not sell your recordings and does not use them to identify you biometrically.
6. How we share your data
We share personal data only as needed:
- Service providers and subprocessors — cloud hosting, AI and voice processing, analytics, payment, and customer-support providers that act on our instructions under contract. The Service runs on the governed aiBlue Core architecture.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where it is transferred internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors; if you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us so we can remove it.

Our website and app use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser or device settings.
