Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Readyn application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by aiBlue Technologies ("Readyn", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding agreement.

2. The Service

Readyn is an AI speech readiness system designed for ethical preparation. It analyzes spoken messages, returns a sharper line, and rehearses you under simulated pressure. Readyn does not provide professional clinical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and is not a tool for manipulation, deception, or coercion. All output is for preparation purposes only.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require payment. Where you purchase a subscription, billing, renewal, trial, cancellation, and refund terms apply as presented at purchase or through the relevant app store. Prices may include applicable taxes. Renewals continue until cancelled in accordance with those terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant Readyn a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and use your User Content as needed to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to deceive, defraud, harass, or harm others;
• attempt to manipulate, coerce, or mislead any person using outputs of the Service;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• infringe intellectual-property rights or upload unlawful or infringing content.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Readyn brand and the aiBlue Core architecture, software, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. AI output and no guarantee

Feedback and simulations are generated assistance and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or performance. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for how you use the Service’s output.

9. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party products. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Readyn and aiBlue Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Readyn and aiBlue Technologies harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts, subject to any mandatory venue rules that protect you as a consumer.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
